You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund . The restocking fee is to cover our cost of shipping as well the handling. Opened items returned are charged a 20% restocking fee. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
****Do not ship returns back without contacting us, if you ship them back without contacting us they will go to an incorrect address at our fulfillment center and we will not be able to refund you because we will not get the item back****
You should expect to receive your refund/exchange within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the return/exchange. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return/exchange once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request or the time for you receive the exchange.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned/exchange item.
We ship to the entire US only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, currently our system does not allow us to disable this. If we receive an order to a PO Box, we will promptly refund your order. Items are shipped out within 5 business days, although most of the time they go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. We offer free standard shipping on all of our items. Standard shipping is by ground and takes usually between 7 to 12 days on top of the handling time which is up to 7 business days. Expedited shipping means orders are shipped using 3 business day shipping, this does not include the handling time of up to 7 business days.
When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number when it is shipped.
